ラベンダーシンプルシロップの使い方
- レモネードに普通のシンプルシロップの代わりに入れて、ラベンダーレモネードを作る
- ラベンダーマティーニやその他のフレーバーハーブカクテルに使う
- ラテに甘味料として入れてみる（チャールストンで必ず飲むラベンダーとハニーのおいしいラテがありますよ!
- レモンケーキなどのデザートのグレーズを作ったり、甘いお菓子に加えたり
- ホイップクリームやクールホイップにホイップして、新鮮なデザートトッピングに
- ラベンダーの小枝を加え、パーティや結婚式の引き出物にしたりします。

Tips for making Lavender Simple Syrup
- シロップは少量ずつ作る（または小さいボトルで保存。 賞味期限が切れる前に中身を使い切ることができます
- シンプルシロップの味や純度を変えてしまうような化学物質にさらされないように、できるだけオーガニックのドライラベンダーを選ぶ
- 使う前に瓶を殺菌する

Lavender Simple Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 TB dried lavender OR 2TB fresh lavender blossoms
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved, simmer for one minute, and then remove from heat.

Let cool for 30 minutes while the flavors develop.

Pour through a strainer into sterilized glass bottles or jars to remove all solid pieces.
