予算プロセス
大統領は毎年2月の第1月曜日までに予算を議会へ提出します。 予算には、次期会計年度の連邦政府の収入と支出の見積もりが含まれており、また連邦政府の資金調達レベルを推奨しています。 その後、議会は大統領の勧告と議会の優先順位に基づき、充当法案を通過させなければならない。 If Congress does not pass all appropriations measures by the start of the fiscal year (October 1), it has to enact a continuing resolution to keep the government running.
